- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have always been pleased with this bank until I got my debit card stolen. After I reported the incident they were very helpful in the Beckley branch until for some reason they passed my case onto a lady named Stacy Wilcox out of the Cross Lanes branch. She was highly unprofessional. I called her everyday for 3 weeks and never got an answer from her, a call back from her, and she even hung up on me after I told her my name. So not only did I not get reimbursed $693.00 but I have no clue what is going with my case because I cannot get an answer from her.
